Alcohol swab alcohol wipes packaging machine is suitable for producing single piece of alcohol swab alcohol wipes with four-side sealed bags, such as disinfectant wipes, alcohol wipes, cleaning wipes, glasses wipes, anti-fog wipes, etc.
Automatic cutting, folding, adding liquid, and packaging of alcohol swab can all be completed in one machine.
Features:
1.Machine adopts flat reciprocating pressure-maintaining heat sealing mechanism, which has tight heat sealing and smooth and beautiful bag making.
2.It is suitable for bag making of most packaging materials,like aluminium foil paper,plastic foil composite film etc).
3.Machine adopts servo drive,PLC programmable controller intelligently controls the operation of the whole machine, accurately feeds film, stably transmits cotton wipes, and accurately cuts bags.
Process flow:
Nonwoven fabric roll and packaging film roll are put on the machine → nonwoven fabric is folded longitudinally → folded in half horizontally → quantitative liquid injection → folded sheet output → bag making → packaging → four-side sealing → output packaged finished product (automatic counting).
